Legal innovation
Legal innovation covers research activities in which we seek to develop interdisciplinary cutting-edge research on new legal innovation and trends. Our aim is to analyse the latest developments in the field of law with a view to a better description of the role and function of law in today's societal developments.
The initial research activities will take place primarily in two areas:
a) Intellectual property law, technology and culture, in which we investigate, in particular, patent law and trademark law in a legal-cultural context, also examining the link between the law and technology.
b) Development law, where we seek to analyse the legal correlations between international and regional institutions (WTO, EU etc.) and third-world countries.
Current projects include (Only in Danish):
- The law as a cultural phenomenon
- Law and development
- Law and sustainability
