Visiting Professional in the International Criminal Court

Martin Mennecke, Assistant Professor of International Law at the Centre for International Law and Justice, starts today a four month research stay at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Martin Mennecke will work in the Jurisdiction, Complementarity and Cooperation Division within the Office of the Prosecutor and focus on issues concerning non cooperation and positive complementarity. This will allow him to gain first hand experience with the workings of the Court which will benefit both his research and teaching.

Martin Mennecke teaches every spring an elective at the BA level introducing the International Criminal Court and the basics of international criminal law.
