Emergency Powers and Constitutional Theory

Victor V. Ramraj, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore
Victor V. Ramraj is an Associate Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law and has published extensively on national security, emergency, and anti-terrorism law, including co-editing the books Global Anti-Terrorism Law and Policy, Emergencies and the Limits of Legality, and Emergency Powers in Asia. Prof. Ramraj has academic affiliations with several international institutions, including in the United Kingdom and Canada, where he was also called to the bar of the province of Ontario.
