New Research Fellow at CeBIL

Rajam Neethu, B.A.L, LL.B, LL.M (LSE, London), Ph.D. (University of Copenhagen), will be working as a Research fellow in CeBIL within the area of Biologics and Data oriented personalized health care in Europe. She has an extensive interdisciplinary research background in law within the realms of health, intellectual property and Big-Data. Neethu has a keen interest in biotechnology and its intersection with intellectual property rights, particularly in considering the incentives for biotech innovation. In 2018, she defended her PhD thesis titled, “Intellectual Property Rights and Publicly Funded Biobanks: Perspectives for Industrial and Research Partnerships within Biobanks in Europe”.
